La Red Europea de Desarrollo Rural (ELARD) ha participado conjuntamente con KANTOR S.A en la presentación de una propuesta en la convocatoria sobre "Adquisición de capacidades para el establecimiento y la implementación de la Iniciativa LEADER en la República de Serbia".

Enviar el CV en inglés para poder remitirlo a ELARD.
Se creará una base de datos para posteriores convocatorias y proyectos.

ELARD y KANTOR se reservan el derecho de selección de CV's, y una vez los CV's son seleccionados, deben ser validados por el Ministerio de Agricultura de Serbia.
Los períodos de permanencia en el país pueden variar según el contrato, teniendo en cuenta que todos los expertos seleccionados trabajan en grupos y/o redes, los períodos no deberían superar las 2 o 3 semanas.

Rural Development Expert
* Qualifications
* BA / BSc Agricultural Economics, Rural Development or a related
disciple;
* MA / MSc Agricultural Economics, Rural Development or a related
disciple;
* Computer Literacy;
* Strong written and spoken English language skills;
* Knowledge of Serb-Croat is an advantage.
General Professional Experience
* 10+ years experience of international donor projects which includes
Europe Aid assignments;
* 10+ years experience in the field of EU agricultural, rural and
local economic development in EU Member States, Accession Countries and
Potential Candidate Countries.
Specific Professional Experience
* Detailed experience of providing capacity and training for key
public institutions in relation to LEADER and/or participatory local rural
development;
* Strong background in identifying and developing the capacity of
Local Action Groups;
* Solid background in working with rural stakeholders to develop local
development strategies;
* Experience of working on international donor projects in the Western
Balkans.

Team Leader
Qualifications
* BA / BSc Agricultural Economics, Rural Development or a related
disciple;
* MA / MSc Agricultural Economics, Rural Development or a related
disciple;
* Computer Literacy;
* Strong written and spoken English language skills;
* Knowledge of Serb-Croat is an advantage.
General Professional Experience
* 15+ years experience of international donor projects which includes

* 5+ years experience of Team Leader roles;
* 15+ years experience in the field of EU agricultural, rural and
local economic development in EU Member States, Accession Countries and
Potential Candidate Countries.
Specific Professional Experience
* 3+ years of Team Leaders roles relating to LEADER / participatory
local rural development projects;
* Detailed experience of providing capacity and training for key
public institutions in relation to LEADER and/or participatory local rural
development;
* Strong background in identifying and developing the capacity of
Local Action Groups;
* Solid background in working with rural stakeholders to develop local
development strategies;
* Experience of working on international donor projects in the Western
Balkans.
